Managing Partner of Petwell Animal Clinic, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of AnimalMD Veterinary Center Corporation. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Pampanga State Agricultural University in 2017 and passed the Veterinarian Licensure Examination in the same year. Before establishing Petwell Animal Clinic, Dr. Lugtu served as a Research Lead Associate in Clark, Pampanga while concurrently working as a Resident Veterinarian for one of the largest veterinary clinic networks in Pampanga and Tarlac. His background in research has shaped the clinicโs commitment to evidence-based veterinary medicine. Every product recommended and carried by Petwell Animal Clinic is carefully evaluated based on scientific evidence and credible research, ensuring that patients receive safe, effective, and well-supported treatment options. Dr. Lugtu remains committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based veterinary care while continuously pursuing professional development to deliver the highest standard of care for every patient.
Graduated with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in August 2022 and passed the Veterinarian Licensure Examination in September 2022. His area of expertise is Companion Animal Medicine, managing cases from routine check-ups to complex surgical procedures with skill and care. He is also currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at Pampanga State University and is presently on study leave, with a strong interest in animal laws and welfare. He is a member of Angat Buhay Veterinarians โ Pampanga (2021โPresent), a non-profit organization that provides free veterinary services to communities in need.
